The team at Danubius Hotel Regents Park approached Siemlus to deliver a modern IPTV system designed not only for seamless guest entertainment but also to create opportunities for upselling and promotions.
Siemlus recommended the Hoteza IPTV system, making it the perfect fit for the hotel’s requirements. With Hoteza, hoteliers can choose from a range of layouts for their in-room TVs; Danubius selected the sleek 'Scandic' design.
What truly sets Danubius apart is their use of marketing on the welcome screen and main menu. To bring their vision to life, the team collaborated with a local videographer to showcase the surrounding area and stunning sunset views—creating one of the most visually appealing IPTV experiences.

Our Approach
he Hoteza TV solution was selected for its versatility and robust features, including future-ready options such as integrating with the guest app via a simple QR code displayed on the TV. This enables guests to control the TV directly from their own mobile devices while accessing all hotel information seamlessly. Siemlus built and installed the server in-house for the 325-room hotel, ensuring a smooth setup. In addition, the team supported Danubius with the user interface design and provided training for the marketing team on the cloud-based Hoteza CMS.
The Delivery
Siemlus meticulously designed the layout of the Danubius Hotel TV, adhering to the client's brand guidelines while infusing it with bespoke elements. This approach ensured a seamless user experience that perfectly encapsulated the essence of the Strand Palace brand.
Design
As Hoteza TV required a full server build, Siemlus completed the build in-house and carried out the installation on-site. This allowed the solution to be successfully deployed across all 325 rooms at the hotel.
Install
Siemlus Connect, an all-encompassing support system, was deployed to uphold the continuous smooth operation of all technological aspects. This proactive strategy ensures that the technological infrastructure of Danubius Hotel remains dependable and current. Siemlus also offered training to the marketing team and even still to this day have our full support if any changes are needed.
