The Brief

The Siemlus team were approached by Castlebridge to design, procure, Install, manage & support various technology solutions throughout the property.

To meet Hotel Indigo Coventry's specific needs, prioritising safety and security, they adopted the Onity OnPortal system. Recognising the value of cloud-based software for efficiency and guest safety, they sought seamless integration and advanced access management features. Siemlus initiated a full-scale technological overhaul across all hotel operations, encompassing Administrative IT, Access Control, Telephony, Retro Phones, Mini Bars, and Safes. Furthermore, Siemlus took on the task of upgrading the CCTV, Background Music (BGM), and Intercom systems to meet Castlebridge standards after a third-party provider fell short.

Hoteza TV

Siemlus recommended the integration of the Hoteza IPTV system. Recognising the growing importance of in-room entertainment experiences, Siemlus proposed the Hoteza IPTV system as a means to elevate the guest experience, offering a diverse range of high-quality content and interactive features with plenty of upselling opportunities.

The Delivery

Design

Siemlus meticulously designed floor plans, seamlessly integrating technology with Hotel Indigo Coventry's layout. Detailed annotations ensured harmony, complemented by a tailored technology specification to meet the hotel's unique needs.

Procure

Siemlus expertly managed procurement, sourcing everything from bedroom minibars to crucial IT equipment like PCs and laptops. Their meticulous approach guaranteed the hotel was furnished with top-of-the-line amenities, setting a standard of excellence.

Install

The installation process encompassed both first and second fixes for access control, structured cabling, and IT infrastructure. This pivotal stage breathed life into the design and procurement phases, culminating in a resilient and seamlessly integrated technological ecosystem.

Manage/ Support

Siemlus Connect, an all-encompassing support system, was deployed to uphold the continuous smooth operation of all technological aspects. This proactive strategy ensures that the technological infrastructure of Hotel Indigo Coventry remains dependable and current.
