The visionary initiative detailed in the brief from the Strand Palace Hotel demonstrates a steadfast dedication to revolutionising the guest experience through pioneering technology. Centred on enhancing every aspect of the guest journey and stay, the hotel will introduce the state-of-the-art Hoteza guest app utilising QR codes. This progressive strategy not only seeks to boost guest satisfaction but also to optimise operational processes, potentially bolstering Revenue per Occupied Room (RevPOR). The Strand Palace Hotel is poised to usher in a new era of hospitality, embracing technology to create a seamless and secure environment that enriches every aspect of the guest experience.

The Delivery

Siemlus meticulously designed the layout of the Strand Palace Guest app, adhering to the client's brand guidelines while infusing it with bespoke elements. This approach ensured a seamless user experience that perfectly encapsulated the essence of the Strand Palace brand.

Design

The installation phase involved constructing the app's database and structure, infusing vitality into the design. This crucial step empowered us to seamlessly integrate third-party services like Opera PMS, Knowcross, and Infogenesis POS. Upon completion, the Guest app was published alongside the Native App on both iOS and Google Play Store platforms.

Install

Siemlus Connect, an all-encompassing support system, was deployed to uphold the continuous smooth operation of all technological aspects. This proactive strategy ensures that the technological infrastructure of Hotel Indigo Coventry remains dependable and current.
